For years now I've had a love for plushies. I think most people know that I still have "toys"... but they're not exactly toys, more collectables. I think it really started for me a few years ago when I found out about and fell in love with The Ugly Dolls. I especially liked Babo and was so happy when my boyfriend bought me a Babo of my own - he's so soft and cuddly and loves cookies too. :)
As I work full time I don't get to spend as much time as I'd like crafting but I love making items and this website helps me satisfy my creative urges. :) I also sell items at etsy.com and currently have +100 positive feedback if you wanted to check my seller background. :)
Away from crafting I enjoy video games (Nintendo DS and Wii) and love animals especially cats, rodents, meerkats and penguins.
Amigurumi Adoption
It was my love of all things cute that inspired me to create my own little amigurumi critters. I hope people enjoy looking at them as much as I enjoy making them. They all share a temporary safe home with myself until they can be re-homed to loving new parents such as you reading this now perhaps?
What is Amigurumi?
Pronounced ahma-goo-roomie, amigurumi is a rough Japanese translation of "knitted or crocheted stuffed toy". :) Often referred to as "amis" they are cute little critters or objects crocheted in the round.
What is Kawaii?
Pronounced kah-why-ee, (similar to Hawaii but with a K) kawaii is a rough Japanese translation of "cute". :)
